Applied Learning Experience (Academic Course: Retail Store Operations)

 

Scope: Operated a small fashion retail business by running a retail "lab" store on campus whilst collaborating with other functional business departments. Worked as a member of the "Buying Team" to conduct analysis of upcoming trends as well as previous brand and category performance in order to develop a curated merchandise assortment plan to maximize profits and improve customer satisfaction. Made use of in-season OTB budget to select and purchase accessory assortment.
