Scope: Worked collaboratively to create a detailed omnichannel marketing plan for the launch of an ethical and sustainable womenswear brand for Holt Renfrew's H Project department. Additionally tasked with developing a 12-14 piece capsule collection for the Fall 2021 season which must arrive at a sales plan of $90,000 - $100,000, initial markup of 62.5%, sell through of 55% for Q3, and make use of a communications budget of 10% of cost purchases.
